The Future of Jewelry Retailing

I just returned from a super good business meeting in Florida with a lot of focus on the future of the Jewelry Business and the future of Retailing.  Jewelry Retailing is what I have committed most of my life's work to and it is always hard to change. But; the future is here. It comes everyday; from what we thought of yesterday. So, I will be trying to sort through all of the ideas and philosophies of people much smarter than me, to see what roads I should take for our business.  Stay tuned and keep watching for changes.  Hopefully, I have many years left in the business I love. I want these years to be the best ever for serving my customers and taking care of my family.
